Impulsion offers a set standard shipping & handling price at a flat rate of $15.00, Australia wide. Subject to change during sales etc.

International Delivery: 

Yes, we do ship world wide! Please select "International Shipping" at checkout and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not pay your countries taxes or duty.

In-store Collection:

We are more than happy for customers to place their orders via the website, and select 'In-store Collection' if they want to reduce their costs & pick up from the store themselves (or organise someone to collect on your behalf - in which case we require notification that this will occur).

Time for delivery:

All orders are hand packed at Impulsion and we work as fast as possible to be able to get your order to you. We try to process and send orders within one business day, orders must be in before 12pm for same day dispatch.

Possible delays during sale periods due to high order volume, please allow up to 5 days for dispatch.

Delivery will then take approx 2 and 7 business days for orders within Australia - Rural areas may take a little longer to receive their goods. 

Out of Stock Products:

Whilst we make every effort to maintain a current stock level on our web site, occasionally items can be ordered within a similar time span by separate people. If this does occur, the first order received shall be fulfilled and we will contact the second person and advise expected delivery schedule. Should this not suit, then the option to cancel the order is offered.

Incorrect Shipping Details:

It is the customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should the wrong address is entered, Impulsion is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-delivery to an address due to incorrect details or if the recipient is not home may incur additional costs to the customer.
