Return Policy

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you may return any unused items within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are faulty.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders if necessary.

Store Credit Process:

  • Full-Priced Items: For returns on full-priced items, your credit amount will be noted in-store and online. A unique code will be emailed or messaged to you, which can be redeemed at checkout online or in-store.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are generally final sale and not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
  • Shipping Deduction for Partial Returns: If a return brings your order total below the $250 free shipping threshold, a shipping charge of $14.95 will be deducted from your store credit. However, if the remaining order total still qualifies for free shipping (over $250), this charge will not apply.

Processing Time:

Store credits are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item at our store. Credits are valid for 90 days from issuance.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

For items with faults, we will offer a repair or replacement or store credit where possible. If the item has a major fault that cannot be resolved, we can provide a refund or store credit for the invoice amount, depending on your preference.

Incorrect Item Sent:

If we’ve sent the wrong item, please notify us promptly so we can reserve the correct item for you. We’ll ship it as soon as we receive the incorrect item back in-store, and any return shipping costs will be credited back to you.

Shipping Costs:

  • Regular Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for all change-of-mind returns.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.

Sale Items:

Returns are not accepted for sale or discounted items, including those purchased with a promo or discount code, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
