Black Friday is one of our busiest times of the year. Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days, but please allow a little extra time for dispatch and for Australia Post to deliver your parcel.

Yes items can be returned for store credit as long as they’re in new condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging, in line with our standard returns policy.

Sale items (including Black Friday offers) are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Stock is strictly limited for Black Friday and many pieces won’t be restocked before Christmas. If you have your heart set on something, we recommend shopping early.

Items aren’t reserved until your order is completed at checkout, so it’s possible for popular sizes or colours to sell out while they’re sitting in your cart.
